• Edit and proofread medical documents for clarity and correctness
• Support MRD/Health Information Management in maintaining patient records

• Graduate/Diploma in Medical Transcription or related field
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
• Good typing speed, attention to detail, and confidentiality awareness
